Good for the priceAnonymous reviewerGreat if you live in a rental and can't add proper blinds, barely took 2 minutes to measure, cut and place. Only down side is that the hold up clips at absolutely useless and not fit for its purpose so I'll have to buy some from elsewhere.4
Great blackout - please do them in whiteAnonymous reviewerI love the blackout that this blind gives but they grey isn't great in my bedroom! I think many people would appreciate them in white - it's more of a bedroom colour.5
Ideal for purposeAnonymous reviewerEasy to install5
Privacy blinds.Anonymous reviewerPerfect for a temporary privacy blind. Only problem, when subjected to months of being wind beaten at bathroom window, they begin to fray like paper. But, they're only £3 or so, ergo, cheap enough to replace for a fresh look twice a year. Great that they can be easily cut to size and the clips weight them enough to keep hanging straight.5
Valuable Relief!Anonymous reviewerNothing fancy, but oh boy does it make a welcome difference to keeping some of the heat out of my south-facing bathroom! Super convenient to use, particularly easy to cut to size. Even if it just lasts one season, it's still worth it.5
Great product for temporary reliefAnonymous reviewerBrought to help reduce summer glare and worked . Easy to fit, needed better way to clip up worked well.4
Scottish White BlindAnonymous reviewerGot these for the heatwave to keep the sun off the room, but not to darken it. They're great. I never thought they would stick and stay in place, but they have and they really take some of the heat away. The clips to hold them up are fine, as long as you clip them both sides of the blind, but if there's a strong breeze they do tend to fall off and you just have to put them back. A really great, inexpensive way to reduce the heat.5
Excellent blindsAnonymous reviewerThese are blinds are brilliant, easy to fit and look great. We needed something in our conservatory as the hot sun was scorching the plants. Options were expensive with 6 windows to do .These IKEA blinds are not expensive but they look.good and shade the conservatory with a muted sunlight. Perfect. 5
Cheap and versatile but strips paintAnonymous revieweruseful if attached to UPVC.
Beware if attaching to walls / ceilings, when you try to remove them. The glue is so strong, wall paint can come off with it. Use an iron / steam / hot water to carefully unstick the glue.
The blinds themselves work okay. The velcro adhesive is required to hold them any further than half the stated length otherwise they will just bounce back up.2
Fabulous blindsAnonymous reviewerI bought these as a cheap option for my bedroom 5 years ago. They are still up!! Easy to put up and really good in the summer to help keep the heat out. Easy to fold up and keep in place with large picnic pegs. Finally need to replace a couple as getting a bit battered and will be buying a few extra for some other windows whilst the heatwave continues.
Absolutely fabulous and highly recommend.5
Don't botherAnonymous reviewerAfter 2 years or very rare use, the velcro became dysfunctional. Velcro itself holds but the glue that holds velcro to the curtain does not! The curtain is completely useless now. Try to stitch the velcro to the curtain on the next iterations please!!!2
Amazing blinds.Anonymous reviewerBlind easy to cut if need be, perfect quality good price. We needed an extra layer of sun protection on the plants in the conservatory. Perfect.
Still plent of light but a lot of sun glare muted. Keeps conservatory cooler too.
Highly revommend.5
These blinds are incredible especially for the price.Anonymous reviewerBought these blinds as a temporary measure whilst waiting for new blinds to be made. They are easy to put up, durable, look great & do the job perfectly. Highly recommend them5
perfectAnonymous reviewera super product, price and service5
You get for what you payAnonymous reviewer£3 what do you expect. If just to give privacy and temporary its ok but the clips to hold up dont at all and i had to buy other clips which cost more than the blind. NO way would these be a 190 cm drop. just covers a 1 metre by 90 cm window
temporary clean item but the clips will not hold your blind up2
Definitely block-outAnonymous reviewerVery easy to cut to size and attach to the window. Totally block-out light and although 'temporary' seem really good quality and will probably last a long time. Great value blinds that also look superb.5
Worth £3Anonymous reviewerI am actually pleased with these. Super easy to put up. I cut one in half for smaller windows. They are worth £3. These will be a temporary fix until I know exactly what I want. I got the white which blocks out people looking in, and gives plenty of light. 5
Fabulous real black out blindsAnonymous reviewerAs a night shift worker I canny believe how good these are at blacking out the light. I was worried with them being black they’d add heat to the room but nope. Well done Ikea 5
Total waste of money Anonymous reviewerThese are not wide enough to cover one window. What's that about? Also, there's an IKEA tag stuck to the bottom and if you try to rip it off you may damage the blind material. Also, the clips that come with it aren't big enough to clip more than about a third of the blind up, so there's no way to actually lift the blind and keep them there! Velcro pads lifted the paint off my wooden sills. These are obviously only made for pvc frames. Complete waste of no money and I'll be returning the others. 1
They do what they sayAnonymous reviewerThey are blackout blinds and they do just that
They are easy to put up and make the room look cozy, I would definitely recommend5
