Pile up in comfort

Bring out the darker colors and softer materials, since they are a great start to get the bed warmed up for winter. When it’s done, the bed will automatically signal to all your senses that it will keep you warm and safe from any chill.

Seriously warm bedding

Bedding in layers, cotton flannel and warm colors is a great start, but don’t forget to check out the KEJSAROLVON pillow and mattress protectors for some serious warmth. With the beige side up, they make any bed extra warm and soft, even on cold nights. If you by chance would like a cooler bed, just turn the protectors around to make the cooling and soothing blue side face up instead.

Hard facts about a soft material

Our bed textiles in flannel are made of 100% cotton, so what’s the difference between them and regular cotton textiles anyway? It’s all in the weave! Flannel weave is made from loosely spun yarn that creates insulating pockets of air in the fibers. Then the fabric is lightly brushed to feel extra warm and soft against your skin.

Warmth from the bottom up

It’s just a little rug laying on the floor by your bed, but it makes all the difference in the world when you get in or out of that bed. A rug will make sure that your very first step every morning is soft and warm, and that same feeling will send you back into bed at night. To bring some of that comfort with you far past the little rug, add a pair of warming slippers!

Darker, warmer and softer

Just like bears many of us wish for more sleep in the winter than in the summer, and sleeping is best done in the dark. To make the bedroom the perfect den for you, make sure the window has black-out blinds, heavy curtains to stop any draft and perhaps regular curtains too. They add to a soft and cozy look!

Focus on the light in the dark

Last but certainly not least: Add a few candles. They come with a built-in greeting from old times, telling all our senses to slow down and relax.
