        Disappointed…AlisonWhile this rug is actually quite beautiful, it has a large, greasy white stain right in the middle of it from the instructional piece of paper they include in the roll. Not sure why, but the piece of paper even has grease stains on it. Reached out to customer service and I can only get my money back if I drive an hour one way to an IKEA store to return in person. I wouldn’t take your chances purchasing this rug unless you want to deal with the hassle.2

You can’t really feel the softness when you are touching it while on display because you’d need to put your other hand on the back of the carpet, which most people don’t do.
