Nonexistent edge supportShirleyBudget option with mediocre comfort. Just beware there is zero edge support if you have little kids or elderly. My toddler almost fell backwards a few times when the edge dipped down significantly and he’s only 20lbs! We have the medium firm. The firm one gave us backaches.3
Backaches, Return was a frustrating experienceShirleyTried the mattress in store and decided on a firm. The one we received was A LOT firmer. We had to exchange before the 90 days were up. I called customer service to initiate the process and the rep said she opened a ticket for the closest store to call me. They never called. After a week, I called the store directly, and operator said someone will call me. Yet no one called again. I called the general customer service again and found out they could have initiated the process for me the first time… the first rep was incompetent and wasted my time. Any way, I wasn’t able to do an immediate exchange. I had to wait for my mattress to be picked up, evaluated, then store credit to be issued. All in all, I was without a mattress for more than two weeks and wasted almost a months time to get it all sorted. Do not buy their mattress unless you have the means to drive it back yourself if it doesn’t work out.2

Extremely soft edgesKirstenThis mattress started out pretty well and was medium firm. However, in less than a year it’s become very soft, and the edges are incredibly soft to the point that the mattress is effectively smaller than a queen as it’s hard to be near the edge. Would not recommend.2

This mattress is great for how inexpensive it is. We got a couple for spare bedrooms and they are firm but really comfortable. Very supportive and can't feel the movements of my partner thrashing around that much :)
