Good to know

The mattress may need about 72 hours to fully regain its shape and comfort after having been roll-packed. Any wrinkles will disappear too.

Sometimes the packaging may have given the mattress a noticeable smell which will disappear over a short period of time.

Didn’t get what I paid forSarahI love the mattress itself. However I never would’ve gotten it if I would’ve known that despite paying for old mattress removal that they would leave me stuck with the old mattress. I only wanted to buy a mattress that came with old mattress disposal because I don’t have a car so I can’t just dispose of an old mattress myself and no I can’t leave it on curb because I live in an apt complex. They never came to get my old mattress and customer service just said oh well basically. So now I’m just stuck with my old mattress.1
