It's pretty . . .PennyannI was overjoyed to find these last year. I loved the colors and the cutting options. I cannot believe how poorly these work.
Unless the eggs in Sweden are nothing at all like the eggs here in the states, there is no excuse for selling something that just flat won't do what it was intended for. 2
Not greatAuranThis egg slicer does not slice cleanly at all. Bits of the egg (yolk especially) get into the many groves and nooks which make it hard to wash. 2

Not as I expectedGailThese do not work as expected. The plastic cutting blades don't cut very well. The cutter that cuts in half with a wavy blade works ok, but the rest tend to just destroy the egg. I still haven't figured out what the white blade is for. 3

Egg smasherTamI usually love Ikea products, sadly, this is not 1 of them. I tried putting the egg on the base and cut, but smashed egg, then I tried to hold the egg in my palm and use the cutter but still smashing the egg. I think the plastic material is not sharp enough to cut thru the eggs. Sorry. Don't recommend. But maybe can work for egg salad where all the eggs are smashed anyway.1

Cute egg smasher!ChristinCute as it can be. Unfortunately not a great cutter. More of a smash. Took me a second to figure out how the use it, but still more of a smash at the end. I think going forward I will not use the base and just slice the egg with the cutters in my palm.3

I am tickled by the nifty nested design (a rubber band holds them together neatly), safe plastic edges (no metal!), cheery colors. Kudos for a well-designed piece which brings a smile!5
