  • To get the edge of your rug to lie flat without curling up, fold the edge in the opposite direction and place a heavy object on top for 2 days.

    Wool sheds naturally, so to keep your rug beautiful we recommend that you vacuum it regularly.

    You will need 1 STOPP FILT rug underlay with anti-slip (2.25'x4.5') for this rug. Trim if necessary.

    Airing and vacuuming will help to eliminate the smell that the rug can have when it is new.

    Do not wash.

    New wool rugs shed naturally. Vacuum frequently in the beginning.

    Vacuum, shake and rotate the rug regularly.

    Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot.

    Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

    Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

    Always use the standard floorhead, never the rotating brush, when vaccuming the rug.

Lovely RugAnonymousI had been looking for a kitchen runner made out of natural fibers (hate that seeming everything is made out of polyester/plastic these days) and I was unsure of buying something sight unseen with no reviews, but I'm glad I took the risk. First, this is a nice off-white with subtle grey threading that looks really nice. Second, it is very soft and comfortable underfoot, even with just the thin Ikea underlayment to keep it from sliding. I would definitely recommend.5

I am using this in my kitchen, without the underlay. It doesn't feel slippery and is a great colour to disguise any spills. It warms up the tiles, is easy to clean with a quick shake every few days. Love it!

What is wool?
