Versatile rugBethLove these rugs! I have several at our cabin in various rooms (powder room, bedroom, under a shoe rack) as well as at our home. Love the colors and the charming vintage look; machine washable, too! Would love to see bigger sizes. If you’re looking for specific colors, you do have sort through about 100 rugs in the display bin and you still may not find one depending on that batch. In fact, I’ll be looking for a couple more rugs with denim blues! 5

Nice mostly cotton rug that can be machine-washed.JeffMy wife and I have bought 7 or 8 of these over the years. I machine wash them regularly and then air-dry them. The tassels on the corners often eventually come off from "wear and tear", but the main rugs are fine. We use them in the kitchen, by doors, etc. We feel they are a fairly good value. IKEA sells a much bigger version that is like 1 1/2 times the size, but is 4 times the cost. That is a poor value compared to these.5

What is cotton?

Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibers. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and water.
