Caution: NOT WHITEMrsIkea did a fantastic job delivering my items. It was fast and it was for a great price but these tops are not white. They are an off white color. Not even a nice off white. I'm looking to get different tops if I can get some but I really would appreciate if they update the name of the item in regards to the color. Looks high quality and they work really well otherwise. Sad about it because I was so excited.

Mine has issuesAnneDespite the low price, I thought this item would be an upgrade to the plastic dispenser liquid soap is in when bought from a store, but it turns out that one is better. Each pump from the IKEA dispenser would only dispense a tiny amount of soap, and then soap would ooze out from between the parts of the pumping mechanism, eventually creating a messy pool of soap all over the top of the cover.

What is glass?
Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
