Gorgeous light!DianaAfter reviewing all the comments about this light, I still love the light for my courtyard and I stopped by the store. Talking to the ikea light guy, he said ikea believes the led light will last 7 to 10 years for a 2 to 3 hours usage daily !
Once the bulk is done, it’s time to change it!
I came home put it up and just loving it!
I bought 2 of them so It can last for a while!
The assembling is easy and I did it in 5 minutes and got a timers and we will see how it goes tonite!!!!!!
Bulb cannot be replacedAlejandraI fell in love with this lampshade, but was sad to find out that the bulb cannot be replaced. The one it comes to is too basic and doesn’t go with the style of the lamp in my opinion, plus, once that bulb stops working you cannot use it anymore.
Definitely a flawed design in my opinion, and a wrong choice that it cannot be customizable with your light choice for such an statement piece. Disappointing because it’s gorgeous.
Great style butZacharyThe style is great but it would have been nice to know cable length beforehand. Also, the built in LED is non removable nor modifiable so if you wanted to modify it for use as a shade you would give up your return rights.
the light is a bit cooler and a bit dimmer than I had hoped, but for the use cases in the example pictures it would be perfect.
