replacement bulbs aren't availableSkyeThis lamp is cute and seems to be well made, but unfortunately their proprietary replacement bulbs are no longer available. I just called customer service, and they couldn't find them in their system. During the fall, winter, and spring, I use these as ambient lighting, so they're on for more than the 3 hours a day that the description mentions and therefore will not last the estimated 20 years. Annoying that these will have to go in the trash once the bulbs burn out.1

Satisfied buyerLindaIt is very beautiful, especially in a dark room. The only problem is the time it took to discover you can't buy a replacement bulb in the store and having a IKEA worker call corporate to find out what to do and then corporate to call back and say that when the bulb does expire, I can go to the website and request a replacement bulb and they will ship it to me for free. I like the free part, but the hassle almost made me want to forget it altogether. I know that IKEA is known for their simplicity, but it wouldn't take much to add that tidbit of information to the instructions.5

It is a beautiful lampFrankIt is a beautiful lamp with a lovely and soothing design when lit. It is lightweight, but very stable on any surface. It fits well with any decor with its classic nature design. The only concern I have is that the specific type of LED light bulb it uses is not available through any source, including IKEA. While I expect the LED bulb it comes with will last a long time, I do hope a replacement bulb will become available when needed4
