True convection blows hot air through an extra heating element in the back of the oven. It cooks faster and outperforms standard convection when it comes to baking, browning and dehydrating food.

The self-cleaning function burns grease and food residue to ashes that can easily be wiped off. It can be programmed from 2-4 hours depending on the need for deep cleaning.

The Steam clean function cleans light soils in 20 minutes and is both chemical- and odor-free.

Do not use scouring-powder, steel wool, hard or sharp tools which can scratch the surface.

Wash burner caps and crowns by hand. Use soapy water and dry with a soft cloth before use.

Remove stains and food residue after each use using a cloth damped with warm water and a mild detergent.

After cleaning, be sure to wipe dry with a soft cloth.

Clean your oven interior with oven cleaner. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions for use.

Clean the oven exterior using a non-abrasive cloth dampened with water.

Do not use solvents or abrasive products on any part of the product.

TerribleNickI want to add that these vent fans that blow while the oven is on mean that you cannot cook on the rear burners while the oven is on. A saucepan, for example, directs the fanned air down onto the burner and blows it out. I cannot fathom how anyone could design a range like this. Did we get a lemon. I either going to cut the wire for the fan or place a price of metal to deflect the air. Why blow hot air out of the oven while cooking, doesn't this seem crazy?1
Awful.NickWe bought this range as part of a new kitchen and we absolutely hate it. The worst feature is the vent fans which blow hot air in your face while it's warming up, cooking and cooling down. It's like running a fan heater in your face . Wish we could return it1
