lasted less than a yearJohnI love how this clock looks. Unfortunately, after just under a year, it stopped working. The second hand would get stuck between the 7 and 8. I tried changing batteries three times, and nothing worked. It's a pity because I really do like the look of this clock.
Super noisy!JoyI bought this exact model a few years ago and did looked great in my home office! It recently died, so I bought the same one two weeks ago. It's extremely noisy! Perhaps it's just the one I bought, but it makes this awful buzzing chugging sound (kind of like the buffeting sound a fan can make). It was driving me nuts trying to find it in my office until I realized it was the new clock. Ugh. Maybe OlI could have fixed the old one...

Stopped WorkingClaytonLooks good, but it has stopped working after 3 years. Not the battery. The second hand gets stuck. I can hear the gears, it's trying to move, but it doesn't. The clock works horizontally, on a table (which is not ideal for a wall clock). Something must come loose, or start grinding, when I turn it vertically. Unusable as a "table clock".
