SoftMPretty and soft and it washed in the washer and got the wrinkles out nicely. I wish it was a little more beige, it's almost white. But I really feel for the price you should get the whole pillow not just the cover, it is nice but too pricey.5
19 inches, not 20, size is incorrectElizabethMy 20" pillows will not fit. Perhaps if you buy IKEA "20" inch inserts they will fit. Otherwise fine. I bought the dark gray. I would upload a photo if I could.3
