Horrible Assembly InstructionsLoriThe tool picture was ??? Called customer service who wasn’t familiar with item and told me it was a drill which scratched up the paint. Screws were cheap and stripped. Just a bad overall experience. Have put several items together recently and was looking forward to IKEA product -WOW was I wrong. Now have a damaged item due to wrong instructions from customer service. Won’t order from IKEA again.1
