Great paint, mediocre QCLukeOverall, I’m on the south end of satisfied with my purchase. I ordered 2 of these in blue. I like the color, and the paint is very durable. When assembled, the cart is structurally sound. I am quite disappointed in the quality control, though. Threaded holes were far off-center, and several joints were unaligned by several mm. One of the carts is not flush with the ground, and rattles back and forth. I understand that you get what you pay for, but I did expect a little better from IKEA.3
Not like the old ones...AmandaDisappointed to find these carts have changed, and not for the better. Quality doesn't seem as good as before and the shorter height makes it look funny next to my other ones. Too new to comment on how they hold up but definitely disappointed to see the change.4

total fail -- headed for the landfillElizabethI spent a lot of time shopping for a utility cart that didn't look institutional and this was the correct design & size, but I could not assemble the cart. Every single connection point is insecure. The braces seem to be the wrong shape and/or the screws are the wrong length and can't be tightened so the cart wobbles excessively. I question whether the correct hardware is included and don't want to pay for IKEA's assembly service.1

Not the same product anymoreDamaniAt a long time IKEA shopper this utility card used to be perfect, but because IKEA has cut back on the quality of their products they have also cut back on the amount of material that they are using. The cart’s top tray is now smaller than all of the other trays and therefore does not fit the top cutting board. As well the breaks are hard to push down. I will be returning this cart and will be going with another brand. 1
