Cushion is too short for frame!ErinWanted a nice replacement cushion for my Poang, and this doesn’t fit well. Thought I was going a bit crazy and made sure my frame is actually a Poang (it is). The upper edge of the main cushion does not line up with the velcro, there is about a one inch gap between the headrest and the cushion.
Chair is good but cushion does not match up with velcroEmeryJust bought a brand new Poang Rocker with the leather cushion and the fit of the cushion to the frame is terrible. The cushion velcro fits about an inch below the frame velcro. Cushion comes loose every time I get out of the chair! Not happy--these are both brand new!
Beautiful coverLorraineI love this chair. I have one problem with the cover, though. I’m 5‘4“ and the headrest is too high for me and it’s not adjustable. I can take it off the frame and put it behind my neck, but it’s awkward because it’s really too thick to do that comfortably…it’s designed to sit above the cover… So unfortunately, I am not thinking about trying a different cover design. I love the way the brown leather looks. I like the way it feels, but the headrest is just a fail. I bet a 6 foot man would find it terrific. I feel the same way about my car head rest.

Great chair, but quality control is slippingPeterWe had bought one of these chairs a couple of years ago, and have been very pleased with it. Several friends also own this model of chair, and like it. So we bought two more, with the leather cushions. Unfortunately, on one of the chairs, a couple of the tabs on the horizontal slats that support the seat do not quite fit - they are about a millimeter too wide for the slots. Probably not enough to make it non-functional. Not quite enough to bother driving for an hour to get the chair replaced, but enough to be annoying. I will get some sandpaper and sand it down, moaning all the time.
