The smooth and silent second's hand on this goes a long way in making that ambition compatible with the sensitivities of others. Also I love the bold red colour, which is harder to find among clocks in my experience. It's all plastic, and cheap, but looks good on the wall.5

Our first clock of this model broke after less than 1 year. The second clock broke after 1 week. At this point, it’s more about of waste of materials, and the inconvenience of not having a functional clock. What a pain. 1

Turned out okJaneI bought this clock in as-is. Evidently no one checks items to be sure they work when returned. After putting in batteries, it wouldn’t keep time. We took the face cover off and with a bit of a tweak on the arms, she’s keeping great time. Definitely worth the price, just wish I knew things aren’t checked when returned. Now I do. 4
