this pillow is cheap and it doesn't get too hot. also doesn't sag given what it's made from. it's an upgrade from my old pillow and a decent compromise if you want to try an ergonomic pillow without breaking the bank

How to care for your ergonomic pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 104°F, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 140°F.
