Complaint about Areca Palm QualityGulyaimI purchased this Areca Palm just a week ago, and almost all of the leaves have already dried out and turned yellow. Despite following the recommended care instructions, the plant deteriorated very quickly.
This is especially disappointing because this is the second Areca Palm I’ve bought from IKEA in the last 3–4 months, and both plants developed the same problem. This makes me think the issue is with the quality or condition of the plants at the store, not the care at home.
I would appreciate a replacement or refund, as the product clearly did not meet reasonable expectations.

Really disappointed, spider mites galoreJulianneI was really excited to bring this plant home! But within a week it started to die, despite care and attention. After checking other reviews, I decided to check for spider mites, and our plant was definitely covered. Another review said that it could be returned within 90 days, but our store wouldn't accept live plant returns. Definitely a bummer, I would not recommend buying live plants here.
