    Do not purchase this otherwise you will be trapped into your bed frame XiangBad design of flexibly horizontal woodfram. It moves flexibly without any way to let it stay for one night, unless you are deadly lying on your bed.1

    Adequate but incorrectRobertI didn't believe the reviews that talked about assembly issues. I've assembled many Ikea products in the past. But yes, this one was a pain to assemble. The side rails are held to the head and foot boards by a typical Ikea nut/bolt combination. The nuts are inserted into a pre-drilled hole and the bolts screw into them. Well, the locations of the holes for the nuts are in the wrong place on the side rails. Since the two-piece side rails were pre-assembled, there was nothing I could do but drill new holes. I had the bed delivered and it the nearest store wasn't over an hour away, I would have packed it up and returned it. Either this was a fluke or quality has seriously diminished since I last dealt with an Ikea product 10 years or so ago.3

    Amazing price.JerryLet's be honest: those cheap metal frames that are widely available are noisy, unstable, and wobble if you walk into the room. The Neiden has a simple solution: A WOODEN SQUARE. The planks are surprisingly thin yet strong. The only "downside" would be that the bed frame sits very low to the ground, but bed risers for a 2x4" foot are easy enough to find.5
