The cutest bedVanessaI paid to have the bed assembled and it turned out so cute! My only gripe is finding sheets that actually fit the extendable mattress I got with it. I really wish IKEA offered more options. I was able to use a regular toddler comforter just fine, but I do wish they had duvet sets specifically for the smallest size.
Size ElifThis frame is gonna be able to fit , standard twin size mattress?
Mattress unavailableBrandonI bought this when I was in town. I figured my crib mattress would fit at the smallest size. Imagine my surprise when I drive 3 hours home and build this... only to find out it's wider than a crib mattress and you can't buy extendable mattresses anywhere INCLUDING IKEA. So now I'm stuck with a bed that I can't get a mattress for. IKEA has been sold out (both in store and shipping) for too long. I feel like I got scammed and threw my money away.
Best Toddler Bed MelissaI got this for my granddaughter to move up from her baby bed. It’s the best thing for her. Low to the ground with side rails in case she moves around non the bed. It will grow with her as she gets older to the size of a twin. Very please with my purchase of this bed.
Most beautiful bedAnonymousIt’s perfect, pretty, sturdy. My 4yo loved it.
Poor manufacturing tolerances or QAPeterLeaving two stars off because IKEA needs to revisit their QA or tolerances for this product. One side of the headboards and side panel joints was off by at least a quarter of an inch which made it impossible to thread without bending the metal. The joints in the center also need a second screw per corner to make the frame stable -- the design makes the headboard and footboard wiggly even with all the screws tight.
Slates are extra MarissaPurchased at the store and it does not list that the slates are an extra charge. In fact I did not see any signage indicating you needed to get the slates separately and for another charge. On here it says included separately, well shouldn’t included mean you don’t have to pay separately?
Minnen MorganIt was easy to put together and light to move around the room. So far my daughter and I love it

Exercise extreme cautionElizabethI bought this bed around six months ago, and while I just missed the 180-day return period by a week, I wish I could return it. Initially, I assumed it would work well with a crib mattress for my toddler, but that wasn’t the case. Despite this, I decided to keep it because of its appealing appearance and seemingly high quality. However, it has proven to be a safety concern. The metal is remarkably solid and not hollow as I had presumed. My one-year-old has unfortunately sustained injuries from falling and bumping into it multiple times. Even my older child’s minor bumps result in significant distress due to the bed’s hardness. My youngest now has a visible bruise across her nose from a recent incident. I’m currently exploring options to sell this bed as I fear it poses a serious risk of further harm.

Lasting bed frame for years to come.SunyaI usually don't do reviews. But this frame deserves one. It lasted about 10years. I love that it enables you to extend the frame with the child growth. I did not want to get rid of it when replacing it for my 12 year. This frame is so sturdy, it held my daughter and myself for many nights. Highly suggest the product. .
Great little bed!ChalliceI’m so glad I found this bed. My 2.5 year old is extremely tall and was outgrowing her crib. I love that this bed can extend out and grow with her. She has plenty of room at the second setting, but the design keeps her safe. She can easily get in and out of it (she’s almost 40 inches tall). This was extremely easy and quick to put together. Very sturdy. I can sit on it and read to her, and it doesn’t budge. FYI - the slats that come with fit all sizes. This was a concern of mine, but it all works out perfectly. I think this is at a great price point too, especially for being made of steel. I highly recommend this bed!
Must haveAnn-MarieI couldn’t love this more for our daughter. She loves the look and sleeps great in it. Quality is great and will last for years no doubt.
Beautiful Simple BedStephanieThis was our daughter's first "big girl bed" after transitioning from a toddler bed. It was simple to put together. As with all of the other Ikea products we have purchased, this bed is sturdy and well-made. Our daughter loves it!
Since it is light, it is easy for us to move around her room as she grows and her needs change/develop.
