The synchronized seat and back tilt follows your body movements and adjusts the chair to the correct position.

The only downsides are that it doesn't tilt back much and that the wheels lock when you aren't sitting in it, which makes it a pain to move or roll anywhere.5

Comfortable ChairGabriel A.Bought this almost a month ago, has been comfortable for prolonged hours of sitting a day. I like that everything is adjustable, from headrest height and angle to the armrest height and position. Only thing I a was not a fan of is the material for the armrest, it feels like cheap plastic that is loose when you wiggle it. Arm rests could have also been longer.4

Comfortable, enough ways to adjust for height, head/neck support, armrest position and recline tension. Good value. Does take a little bit of work on your end to get chair to recline, but prefer that over recline being too loose.4
