Resale of Open Used ItemAlei M.I had ordered the Lindved table online for in-store pick up. I brought it home and went to the start putting it together and discovered that were pieces missing, and the box looked like it had been open and resealed. Someone else must have returned the table and Ikea sold me an open item with missing parts as a brand new product/Box. now I have to re-seal the box and drive it back to IKEA. I like the table just don’t like what IKEA try to do to sell it open box as brand new.1

They are dainty and perfect for what I need low profile but yet fancy easy to put together fast delivery. The size and height work well beside a bed or a nightstand.5
lindved's got issuesAnita M.It's cute & has a handy little shelf. But assembly was a pain! I've put together many Ikea products never had problems like this. #1: tiny sleeves in ends of legs fell out in the box, so screws didn't sit right. One sleeve was intact so I hunted for the rest, & re-did them. Illustration wasn't very detailed & sleeves weren't in the parts list. #2: plastic caps to go on legs, top & bottom, DID.NOT.GO.ON. They have to fit properly for the tabletop to sit evenly, & it was a struggle to get the legs in at all because the caps weren't fully jammed on. One cracked while adjusting it & then it was completely stuck. Which leads to #3: That middle shelf has to be screwed on in a way where you can't see the tiny hole in the tray that's supposed to receive the screw. Legs were a little off kilter so 1 screw didn't line up. It's now wedged into a dent it made in the underside of the shelf. (I actually wanted a Gladom...)3
