Super comfortable, although a little lowLexThis pillow checks all of my boxes- cushy, supportive, cooling, and an actual standard/queen size pillow. I am both a side sleeper and a stomach sleeper. It feels a bit too low for sleeping on my side but the inside materials felt the most comfortable to me over the other IKEA ergonomic pillows so I went with this one and just brought two of them instead for when I want to sleep on my side. It's perfect if I stack one on top of the other for side sleeping- that might be too high for some people but I actually like the height. If I want to sleep on my stomach, just one is sufficient enough. Two- one stacked on top of the other- are also great for just resting on my side and for laying on my back. I'm not a back sleeper by any means but it offers good head and neck support if I just want to lay down on my back and rest while using my laptop. Not an inexpensive pillow, but certainly more affordable than Purple or Tempurpedic ergonomic pilows ,yet it still has all of the same benefits.5

Surprisingly PerfectPaulinaNormal pillows are too hard, down pillows are too hot, but this pillow was just right. I was cool, not crowded with multiple pillows, and had just the right height for my head. I sleep in all positions with an arm up and under my pillow unless I'm on my back. On top of that, I used to sleep with two pillows (of any kind) stacked on top of each other because they would get so flat. I don't have to do that with this pillow. It isn't a tall pillow, but if you're like me and can't fall asleep without having an arm underneath, it made up for lack of height without getting flattened. I have only two downsides. My pillowcase slips off from to time (I'll have to get one with a little pocket to hold it in) and I do NOT recommend paying full price for the this pillow. Get it on sale or from As-Is if you can.5

Best pillow for meOliviaI am a hot sleeper but still I don’t turn on air-con when I sleep, instead I wide open my windows to get fresh air. Ever since I use this pillow I can feel the heat draw away from my head and neck , and I rarely sweat anymore! I also like the firmness . But for those who prefer soft and high pillow this might be not the one for you. Otherwise, this is perfect!5

How to care for your ergonomic pillow

With a little care, you can prolong the life of your ergonomic pillow and keep it fresh. It is important that you do not wash the foam, as this will affect the pillow's quality and function. However, you can always wash the outer pillow cover. Remove the cover from the foam and machine wash at max. 104°F, regular cycle. Tumble dry on low heat, max. 140°F.
