So UNdelightfully fiddly!!DaveI always had one until I moved to the US, and finally opted for this……fiddly thing!
I find it difficult to get the disc on to the garlic, so often it just slips down the handle, just poor design!
I’m going back to crushing the garlic with my knife.
Decent Garlic PressNatalieThe product is priced well and it works fine. The only downfall is I wish the handles were a little bit more comfortable to grip. (Garlic is hard to squeeze) My husband says it’s just fine though so maybe it’s just me and my hands.
Bit smallSathishBit small to handle 1 pod of garlic. Otherwise it's good
I love the product, easy to use.IngridI was looking for a garlic smasher easy to use. I found what I wanted. I’m very pleased with with it.
Don’t buy no more AsmaaThe quality of this kept on going down until I bought my last one I barely had it for a month used maybe 4 or 5 times maybe less and it broke and a piece fell in my food!! Now it’s made of aluminum
Smaller Than BeforeAnelThis garlic press is somewhat smaller than the one we bought several years ago. The old one has some of the metallic finish pealing off from inside the cylindrical portion.
cost almost nothing, best I've ever usedNickI've never had a garlic press that actually worked flawlessly until this thing. it costs almost nothing, but I can just keep putting cloves in, and they keep coming out the perfect consistency for ramen, or garlic bread, or curry, or to mix into breading for that broiled parmesan fish recipe with mustard. look it up.
in any case, only issue is the handle corrodes lightly in the dishwasher. I think the head is made out of a metal that electrically interacts. still, a little extra zinc, magnesium, or iron in the diet never hurt in my experience.
also fun do do tricks with like it's some sort of italian butterfly knife.
Not worth itAllyssonToo small for larger cloves. Does not work well if cloves are not peeled.
Pleased with the PressRamonaCompact, easy to use.
Excellent garlic press JamieThis is an excellent garlic press, easy to use an easy to clean. Highly recommend!
Good product. the older versions were much stronger.DiklaI had one of the older versions back home and it was great. easy to handle and strong. this new version works ok. a lot less material so n to as good as the ones in the past but fine.
Best out there!MeghanI LOVE this garlic press. I love that the chamber is removable and washable on its own, you dont have to do much in the way of digging around to get the pieces of garlic out of it. I have found that with fairly regular use and putting in the dishwasher, it has held up great for the last 5-6 years. Would 100% recommend.
Broke after a few usesAnonymous reviewerBought this around a month ago, Used it a handful of times... The hinge itself broke. I was very disappointed as it had only been a few times of use, and mid cooking.
this thing sucksEllaonly used twice before I scared the crap out of my boyfriend by snapping this darn thing in half! the hinge is so weak it can't even press garlic. why the heck do they call it a garlic press then huh ????? i swear I'll never buy another garlic press from this swedish retailer ever again so long as i live if my name isn't ella. it is cute though.
nice for a chef point of viewOlgaliliaSimple but a good tool to have in the kitchen

Quality and great price AaronI have an owned many different forms of garlic press over the course my long life. This is one of the better presses I have owned, and certainly one of the least expensive. A fantastic value!!!
Water got inside the handle and I ended up throwing it awayKatherineIt worked great for pressing garlic. After washing it, while waiting for it to dry so I could put it away, I realized that water was dripping out of the handle. After a couple of days it was still dripping so I ended up throwing it away.
