You will need 2 STOPP FILT rug underlay with anti-slip (5'5"x7'9") for this rug. Trim if necessary.

This rug fits with a 2-3 seat sofa, but can also fit other size sofas depending on how you place it.

Care

Airing and vacuuming will help to eliminate the smell that the rug can have when it is new.

Cleaning: Use a mild detergent, brush with a soft brush and rinse thoroughly with water. Let the rug dry completely before use.

Hand wash warm water.

Do not bleach.

Do not tumble dry.

Do not iron.

Do not dry clean.

Vacuum, shake and rotate the rug regularly.

Remove dried spots immediately by scraping carefully towards the middle of the spot.

Do not rub wet spots. Absorb moisture with paper towels, and clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent.

Professional carpet cleaning when needed.

Always use the standard floorhead, never the rotating brush, when vaccuming the rug.

Safety and compliance

Sheds ALOTShireenUnfortunately, this is the worst rug I’ve ever owned. This is definitely not good for a household with pets. My cat’s nails easily plucks up the fibers. It sheds so so much and creates so much mess. My house hasn’t been clean since I got this rug. Loved the color and size of it but it’s falling apart. It’s also impossible to get wrinkles out of it. It just doesn’t look tidy and never wants to lay flat. I got it from the as-is section so I can’t return in either.1
Wears down easilyKrysAfter just a few weeks of owning this rug, it was pretty worn down. It's impossible to keep clean - not easy to vacuum, and it holds on to anything that spills on it. A small amount of milk was spilled on it by our 13 month old and despite my best efforts to clean it right away, it's stained. It has no backing to prevent it from sliding all over our laminate floors. The pile (yarn pieces) come out easily when I try to hand clean it. We've had it for less than a year and it looks very old. We're not hard on things. This is definitely not the rug for a family with children still in the home.1
