Sturdy sieveStephanieThis is more substantial than I thought it would be for the price. It’s nice for rinsing grains and straining homemade stock, as well as a much quicker way to sift flour/powdered sugar than using a dedicated sifter. The mesh is a little bit larger than my other one I own, but it’s still a fine enough mesh to work for my purposes.
