Looks nice on the tablePaulWe use this every day in the summer for drinking water (our well water is not suitable for drinking). We keep it on the dining table all the time. It looks great and is comfortable in the hand.5
Cork stopper does not fully plug; fridge odors infiltrate drinkm w.I only recommend this is you're using it to serve something to drink in the immediate future; I do not recommend it for storing a drink in the fridge. The reason I say this is that there's a bit of space between the round cork topper and the spout; because of that, odors from your fridge will inevitably get into the drink. For example, I used this to make iced tea and within a couple of days, the tea started to "taste like fridge", if you know what I mean. FORTUNATELY -- the smaller version of this, the "Carafe with Stopper" 34 oz (which also has a cork stopper) *DOES* fully plug. Even though that carafe holds less liquid (obviously) I find myself using it on a weekly basis, since it seals out odors from getting into my iced tea. That having been said, I don't hate this product -- it was nice to use to have carafes of water at the table at Thanksgiving, for example.3

Love this!MarijoI love this pitcher! Perfect for keeping water cold in the fridge and not so big that it makes it hard to handle. Also love that it has a cork lid to keep bits from falling into it while in the fridge.4
Will not fit in fridge doorDariannaNeeded a carafe - thought this would do but is circumference is too large for it to fit in fridge door. Also the price to quality ratio is a bit high given its rather flimsy appearance1
Jar with cork lidELIANEGood jar for pouring water or juices, just wish the lid was tighter and would seal completely.4
Love itDARIELove it5
Amazing Pitcher!!SamanthaI’ve bought multiple of these over the years. These are my favorite to make pitchers of flavored water, iced coffee, etc. This is great quality and my last one lasted over 3 years. Perhaps one of my favorite ikea purchases ever.5
perfect glass jugSHAKIYRAI put my warm lemon water and by the end of my work day my container is empty.5

Lid goes on a bit tightMICHELLEI would have rated this a five, the kid seems to be a bit tight. You will need to take it off to pour or push lid up a bit.4
Love it great size notJuanaLove it great size not into the top ..5
Great little pitcherNicholeThe cork top is sustainable and dried quickly. No issues with that handle. It looks nice, I leave it out on my counter to remind me to drink water.5
IKEA should sell replacement capQiting W.100% agree the top is gross. My current solution is drink fast so the water doesn’t stay too long in it. If IKEA sell replacement cap (you should) I would totally stock 10 in my apt and change monthly. Other than that I love the quality of the pitcher. It is super thin and WITH a handle so I am not afraid to use it with hot water. It looks very sleek, too.4
Glass pitcherLizVery nice looking pitcher with lid. The handle is well placed and sturdy. I already have one of these pitchers, but decided to pickup another. It’s surprisingly difficult to find a glass pitcher with a removable lid that fits in the refrigerator door. Good design, thanks IKEA.5

I have several of theseAnonymousI have several of these pitchers and use them daily5

Material

What is cork?

Cork comes from cork oak bark which is carefully cut from the tree’s trunk. It then takes about nine years until the tree forms new bark that can be harvested. Since a cork oak can live to be aged 150-200, each one produces a lot of cork during its lifetime. Cork has several good qualities as a material: it’s lightweight, flexible, waterproof and naturally resists fire. We use it in furniture and accessories.
