Barely worksKateThe flow rate is terrible… I saw it in the store but wish I would’ve read the reviews online first. Hopefully I can still return after (attempting to) use it once.
Spout is sensitive MilagroI haven’t any mold yet but the spout dispenser literally is so sensitive that even the slightest bump in the fridge will move it. I’ve already had my fridge flooded twice …

Love the look but...KarenBought to use for Thanksgiving. Tried to use it but the spigot is just a trickle. It takes so long to fill a glass. Had to pour the tea into a pitcher. I thought about getting a replacement spigot off Amazon but this plus the stand was already pricey. Would expect better for this price! I have the receipt but had thrown away the labels as I thought this was a keeper. Still have to find a solution for Christmas holidays.
Mold.AnnaI have no idea why IKEA still carries this product, given the other reviews. My boyfriend bought this for me as a gift, and within a WEEK of use, the top grew a thick layer of mold. Disgusting and disappointing product.
great dispenser but bamboo lid does grow moldElenaas many other reviewers said, this bamboo lid starts growing black mold. Ended up substituting with an extra glass pot lid I had in my pantry. Worked like a charm
No safe, grows mold VeronikaThe lid is terrible, after couple of days a nice colony of mold has formed...had to throw it out.

Slow flow valveRobertI cannot believe anyone else hasn't had an issue with the slow flow of the valve. It was cheap at the time we got it. Now it's at least doubled in price. Design may have improved since the price gouging, but I'm talking a trickle of water. Is even too slow for a young child, but no matter. We love IKEA products, but this combined with the lid maintenance ahead of us and I'd recommend something else unless you have time to clean or protect the lid and wait twice as long for your cup to fill.

Lid Molded Anonymous reviewerI love the glass container and purchased two. Unfortunately, like many others stated, the lid molded. I contacted customer service and was told I need to buy a completely new one because the this item doesn't have a warranty.
Moldy lidGeetikaLike the glass and wide mouth, but same problem as everyone else - moldy lid. Tried a few things like spraying/cleaning with vinegar and sun-drying but nothing helped. Also, last bit of liquid is hard to come out even when tilted. I hope a silicone replacement lid is available soon.
Nice dispense, lid needs workAnonymous reviewerSame problem as everyone else, if you splash moisture onto the lid, it gets moldy. Please either change the lid design or sell a replacement/substitute made of silicon or glass.
NiceStephanieI like the sleek design and bamboo lid. The turning nozzle seems backwards to me as my "off" is facing out. I've dumped liquid out several times thinking it was closed! It works well and fits in my fridge fine but is difficult to get the last bit of liquid when it gets low.
Moldy lidRobertWe are experiencing mold growth in the lid which is unhealthy. We live > 60 miles from the nearest Ikea, so returning it for a refund isn't a practical option. Does Ikea have a solution such as a replacement lid that won't grow mold?
