Good to know
Tempered glass is 4-5 times stronger and more resistant to breaking than regular glass. In case it would break, it shatters into many granular pieces to reduce the risk of injury.

Doors came offMelindaSliding doors hinge came off after a few months.
Nice Set, Very HeavyAnthonyThis cabinet comes in three boxes and each one is extremely heavy for what it is. Each door comes with glass preinstalled. The plastic locks for the gap cover of each door are extremely difficult to install. You may want to insert the male pin into the female plug first before attempting to install, and even then, stretch the 4 sides of the plug before installing the pin to make it easier. I found a small mallet was helpful. If you just try to force it, the pins are too thin and will bend. The cabinet hinges supporting the doors did need some vertical adjustment w/ the alignment screw to keep the top guide in its track. I wish this was solid wood, but it does look very nice - i also wish brown wasn't more expensive than white.
Poor assembly instructionsRajarameshI had worst experience assembling the product. I have shopped at different stores and all of them have user friendly assembly instructions but IKEA assembly instructions are the worst.There are no proper labeling on the parts ,all screws and bolts are dumbed into one cover with no proper labeling, even the wooden parts doesn’t have any labelling.
I was surprised by how such a big company has such a poor assembly instructions.When called customer care I was told I can get furniture assembly for a fees.Its like a scam ,giving poor / no proper assembly instructions, so customers can pay extra for assembly.

The doors provided away to keep the dust off everything! The drawers at the bottom were also useful for various smaller objects. Worth every penny!

Sturdy and would recommend only two issues Anonymous reviewerMy only complaint is that the middle support foot is wobbly no matter what I've tried. I have to use extream caution as I move this furniture. I do wish the screws where better secure to install the doors. But over all the complaints about Lining up the screw holes is beacuse people are not snapping the furniture into the groves all the way. Also the type of Material is particle board but more like a dense plywood so there is not much of a concern for braking. The doors are 100% wood. I am personally useing this for expensive collectibles and as a TV cabnet. Would recommend 100%. Protip if you struggle with the center leg and it's wobbly use wood glue I am going to.
GarbageLesleyDo not buy! This is the worst experience I have ever had with Ikea- I bought it THIS MORNING and the cheap particle board ripped apart as I was screwing it together. None of the parts are labeled and the pieces don't match up when you are trying to snap them together. I have bought a ton of stuff from Ikea in the past as I live near their Stoughton store but never again.
When I called customer service for help they hung up on me. I thought I got disconnected so I called back and the girl laugh screamed into the phone and hung up on me again. I was polite and calm but she just kept saying that there was nothing they could do because I assembled it at home. ???? Where else would I have assembled it??!
I spent over $500 of this piece of trash- don't make the same mistake I did!

Falls apart after 1 year and they don’t provide any replacement parts even with a receiptAnonymousI wanted to write this review so that anyone who thinks that this is a very cute cabinet that deserves $400 would reconsider. This is a big and heavy cabinet which will become heavier with the stuff that you will put inside. However, the holes in the legs that make them merge with the bottom frame are cheaply made where the legs will crack around the holes within a few months of use. Once the legs crack around those holes, the cabinet becomes wobbly and unsafe. We were afraid to continue using the cabinet after we realized these cracks because we felt that anytime it can fall apart. We called ikea customer service and they told us that they don’t keep any replacement part for this product and they cannot replace it since it has been more than 1 year since we bought it. So, if you think that this is a cute cabinet, I agree. But if you think this will be a timeless piece, I would reconsider because you will not be able to use it after a year and ikea will not send any replacement parts.

Great cabinetRichardSolid cabinet. Good deal for the money. The unit is heavy and instructions need to be followed carefully so as to not damage the wood. We tilted the cabinet onto a leg instead of lifting it and that damaged the hole where the center leg went in. I had to repair it with epoxy. The hole could be strengthened by hardening it with super glue before assembling.
