Product details
The fabric gives very good protection against the sun’s UV rays as it has a UPF (Ultraviolet Protection Factor) rating of 25+, which means it blocks 96% of the ultraviolet radiation.
The umbrella pole is made of aluminum which means it won’t rust.
It’s easy to keep the canopy clean and fresh since you can easily remove and machine wash it.
It’s easy to open and close the umbrella by pulling the handle up or down. The umbrella automatically locks in the open position.
The air vent reduces wind pressure and allows heat to circulate.
The hook-and-loop strap keeps the fabric in place when folded.

Don't Waste Your Money, i.e. There's a Reason These Are So CheapMarkThe slightest bit of wind send it toppling (in an approved stand!) and will break multiple arms off. It's held together with WIRE and the wire breaks. This is the second one I've bought in two months. Never again.
Disappointing, unless you're over 6'AlisonI loved the look of this umbrella, and that you could wash the cover was great! But, as a 5'6" person, it was impossible for me to open or even close it which just wasn't safe. Even my husband who is 6'4" found it challenging. If you are over 6 foot tall and strong, it would be OK. I am very disappointed that Ikea had such a rotten design, disappointed and quite frankly shocked as it's the only time we have ever had a problem with an Ikea product. :(
Good valueZachA mostly sturdy patio umbrella that looks like it will last beyond a couple of seasons of constant use. I do think the wind gust vent could be a bit bigger but we shall see!
Great valueAimeeIt's so hard to find an all-white umbrella. I'm sad to see the color is being discontinued!! I only wish they sold replacement covers. They last 2 seasons of full sun, which is to be expected.

We can't purchase replacements because of the European sizing; USA umbrella covers don't work. Sad we bought these since they're useless after the covers deteriorate!
