Dish towelsMargaretI was so happy to see these back in the store in San Marcos , Texas. They are the best I have ever used.
Great kitchen towel.MaxineUse these in the kitchen. Great for wiping hands in or keeping around when I cook. Wipe dishes off in. They also wash well in the washing machine and dryer and last a long time.
dishtowelsRenatelove them
Dish towelKarenNice fabric, washes well.
Best dish towelSabineThis is by far the best dish towel I've ever had. I'm just really sorry that Ikea discontinued the blue/anthracite color. Could it be that Ikea's vendor no longer has the blue/anthracite pigment?
Love these dish towels!KacieSo glad to see these are back in stock! These are great dish towels. I also like the Hildegun dish cloth which appears to not be available right now.
Perfect sizeJeanettePerfect size for laying vegetables to dry after washing. Easy to wash
Multi purposeLashonyaI purchased this Hildegun for my kitchen which is a small 11X10 its great on the oven door
A good BBQ towelPaulI purchased this to use when BBQing as I wanted a towel that could hang on my apron and not be stuffed into a pocket. It's done a great job and proven to be sturdy and absorbent. I can recommend it for most kitchen/outdoor cooking tasks.
Best dish towelsCatherineGreat dish towels...
Hildegun Dish TowelsNancyThese towels are 100% cotton. They hold up well under kitchen use. They are especially good for wetting and covering sour dough, since they are fairly thick and hold the moisture.
kitchen towelsJenifferthese towels are the best been buying these for 20 years after visiting a NY restaurant that had similar towels I was happy to kind these at Ikea they are sturdy, functional and fashionable I love these I have both blue and red trim when they get really soiled I use them in other ways or just throw them out
Quality is much worse than others like RinnigBrandonThey look nice and I love the red color but the quality is worse than they used to be. After one wash you can see it's much thinner with lower thread count and feels like they could rip much easier
Great towel!InessaExactly what I was looking for. Great water absorption, great for glasses. I already have several of them and decided to pick more fresh ones.
HildegunGinaMy favorite dish towel-good quality and price
WonderfulDeborahlove it that is why I continue to buy
Please never discontinue SusanI have ordered 100s of thee over the years. Dang tootin the best, most absorbent dish towels I ever used. I also use them in baking for things like jelly rolls and other pastries. I even cut them down to make bra liners.
Works greatPattieThese are very nice looking, and absorb the water excellently.

What is cotton?
Cotton is one of the world's most appreciated and used natural fibers. Textiles in cotton are soft, hardwearing and can be washed at high temperatures. They are also good at breathing and absorbing moisture – making them pleasant to wear close to the body. Today at IKEA we use more and more recycled cotton and strive to make sure that all the new cotton we use has been grown and produced with less and less amounts of pesticides, fertilizers and water.
