No light bulb includedvivi r.I bought this lamp in the past and the lightbulb was included. I recently bought two extra lamps and one came with the lightbulb and the other was missing it. I called customer service and they said it's not included and to buy it separately online or at any Ikea store. I went to the store and they said they're discontinued!!! Why are they selling this lamp if they don't have the lightbulbs???? Like someone else said on the reviews it's not a typical lightbulb and also, nowhere on the instructions says what kind of lightbulb is needed. Sounds like they're unloading a discontinued product on their customers. Shame on Ikea! I'm returning both of them!1

The bulbs are E12 LED1717g5 400lm 4.4w ID:194407. Hope this information helps those who are looking to buy a bulb.5
Missing the bulbFrustratedInChicagoI've owned this lamp in the past and love the design. A few months ago I moved and bought a new one and as I'm always slow to unpack/settle it wasn't until now that I pulled out this lamp to use. To my surprise, there is no light bulb included, although it is clearly advertised as coming with one. Not only that, but this lamp doesn't use a standard sized light bulb, so it's not an easy fix. It doesn't even say what kind of light bulb it DOES use so I'm not sure what to buy to make this product functional. Come on IKEA, you used to be a great company but lately all of my experiences have been sub-par and your products/quality control are definitely taking a turn for the worse.1

It's just strange to have a sign affixed to the display that says something like, LED bulb included if they're not going to actually include a bulb. Of course I don't have this wattage bulb on hand.2

Missing led bulbMisleadingI purchased this item at the AZ store. It is priced $12.99. When I opened the package it did not include the LED bulb. Online the grono table lamp is listed for $12.99 and described as including the bulb. Why are the bulbs not included at the store for the online price?1

Material

What is glass?

Glass is mainly made of sand, soda, and lime melted at a high temperature. Tempering or various additives gives you extra-strong and impact-resistant glass that in some cases can be taken straight from freezer to oven without cracking. A big benefit is how glass can be recycled over and over without the quality deteriorating. Also, a lot less energy is needed to melt recycled glass compared to new raw materials. Our goal is to eventually use only recycled glass in our range.
