Perfect item for a last-minute family visitKarinaMy son and his daughter came from Florida to care for me during surgery and after, this was the perfect bed frame for the mattress we had stored in the spare room and easy to install.5
Poor qualityStephanieJust don't do it.1
Horrible, Unuseable VictoriaThis bed worked okay for maybe a month and ever since then it’s been a nightmare. We have the IKEA slats and this bed just doesn’t hold them well, they constantly fall off and half of the bed caves in. We’ve had to purchase new slats because the occurrence of this broke our last ones. Not even worth the drive back to the store to return it. So disappointing, I’m usually really pleased with IKEA furniture. I know it’s a cheap bed frame but you shouldn’t be allowed to sell something that doesn’t function 1
At least I'm happy with mineAlanI'm surprised at the reviews that say the bed fell apart within days. I've had mine for several years now, and I've never had a problem with it. I'm a heavyset person at about 280 pounds, and the bed has always supported my weight without creaking or buckling. I was actually shocked when I assembled the bed for the first time, since it looks flimsy but is really very sturdy. 4
Not sturdy, so creaky and noisyYonaI bought this for my first apartment because it was cheap and simple, and it works – it is a bed frame and holds a mattress. However, since it's just bent metal sheets held together with a few screws, the screws come loose very quickly and the whole thing becomes a wiggly, creaky mess. Even once the initial creak passes, it makes these clicky noises that don't go away unless you shake the bed a bit to dislodge whatever is clicking and making noise. I hate this bed frame. 1
AwfulBreannaThis bed frame was not the easiest to put together. And the slats that keep the mattress up kept falling so the mattress wouldn't stay up. Its poorly constructed and I ended up returning it to the store.1
Not sturdy, middle leg brokeSimonThe slatted base kept on falling due the product didn't include many of the pins that sustained them. After a month or so, the center leg started to bend. Since day 1, it was shaky. now I have to buy another bed frame.1
SturdySpringA little tedious to put together (took about 2 hours), but super sturdy-Confident in the engineering. 5
Simple,Anonymous reviewerJust what we’re looking for in our guest room. 5
BED FRAMEOliviaMy child likes it, its a perfect item for someone that is always changing their room around5
SUCKSCiraI am a 170lb person and I sat on the edge to say goodnight to my average size 8 year old son and the entire thing bent in the center. I tightened everything down as firmly as I could and a nut still fell off within days and I had to put it back on and then just days later the whole thing broke. Cheap for a reason. Shockingly bad. Wasn’t worth the effort to put together and I’m annoyed to have to return it. 1
Not sturdy or stable DanielAfter the first few night half the bolts started to unscrew they wouldn’t stay tight the bottom middle leg started to bend. The frame would still wobbles when everything is screwed in and tightened 1
Dose not support mattress BrandyDose not support a mattress. Not well displayed that you have to buy the slats separately. Bought mine online and had to go back for a 2nd trip. Even with slats, not supported. This is going to shorten the life of my mattress.3
Won't lastSu HongThis bed collasped within 7mo, won't recommend1
Broken since day 1FatmaI'm extremely disappointed with this bed. It was incredibly difficult to assemble, and within the first night, it started falling apart. The main issue is with the middle leg in the center of the bed, which broke almost immediately. This caused the entire metal frame to bend, making it unstable. Every time someone sits or lies on it, the frame moves and shifts, creating a lot of noise and damaging the floor. The bent leg has already put a hole in my floor, and the bed has been a constant headache ever since. I do not recommend this product to anyone looking for a sturdy and reliable bed.1
Hardware does not matchCraigThe nuts and bolts do not match and will not thread. Impossible to assemble.

waste of money!!!Oliviahaven’t even had it a month. already broken. i REALLY WISH i read the reviews first. my boyfriend & i aren’t “heavy” people at all. we aren’t ever jumping around in the bed because we have wood floors & it slides. we were going to bed the other night & heard something break. the middle leg broke right off. the slats have fallen out numerous times (even before the break) not to mention we had to buy those separately. so all together it’s like an $150 bed frame which is a pain in the butt to put together, we’ve kicked the heck out of the legs so much that we literally had to buy foam to put around the legs. i have never had such an inconvenient, annoying piece of furniture in my life. gotta throw this away and get a new one. NOT from ikea either. and no Ikea, i can’t get a refund/replacement because i don’t just have my receipt laying around. i wasn’t expecting something THATS HOLDING A BED & $150 to break! 1
Center support JodieThe bed was easy to put together and looks nice but the center support leg is bending a lot and I have to fix it a lot. We only had the bead for maybe two weeks. It would be nice if there was a way to add extra center support. Like extra legs that can be bought to support the center better, and a bolt that actually goes through the three layers of metal. 2
Impossible to assemble ChristopherThe 36 included nuts and bolts don't actually fit together due to a manufacturing error and now we have to wait over a week for IKEA to ship replacement parts because IKEA is unwilling to pay for decent shipping.1
After two years had to be replacedLok As said in some other reviews, the middle leg in the center of the bed broke and the entire metal frame gets bent and the bed goes concave at that point. Have to buy a new bed frame completely which is a waste to the environment. They should allow spare parts for the middle metal parts and leg since this is such a common issue. 2
