The copper has a robust and tactile look that adds a soft touch to the kitchen, while providing an even and efficient heat transfer too.
The inside is made of durable stainless steel, which makes the pot easy to both use and clean.
You can use this frying pan both on the stove and in the oven, and bring it to the table and serve from it.
The shiny, mirror-like inside reflects the ingredients and elevates the cooking experience.
The base is made of polished stainless steel that works great on an induction hob.

It’s easy to polish tarnished or stained copper with a mix of white vinegar and salt.
Great pan that does what a pan is supposed to doRomanThis is not a Teflon pan. But that is the reason why I bought it. A solid plain metal pan that does not rub off or release particles into the frying food. It requires the use of oil or butter to make sure that meat etc. Is not sticking to the metal, which might be a reason for some to Rate down the pan. But again: I don’t want chemical substances in my food and this solid pan is what I was looking for.5
Cost-benefit is not worth itCristinaCost-benefit is not worth it. After using few times, it started sticking. The pan started changing color, the copper part turned discolored. 1
Wonderful AnitaThis is my first copper pan and it’s fantastic! Not only does it look beautiful, but its performance is impressive. The mirror finish interior is a thing to behold. I’ve cooked salmon and vegetables in this pan with perfect results. It is important to know how to properly heat the pan then add fat before adding food. Thanks IKEA for making quality copper cookware at an affordable try it price. 5

Beautiful fry pan, I had to buy the whole set! ♡Anonymous reviewerI wish I could add pictures to show how wonderful this pan is. I cooked chicken twice! And had beautiful browning on the chicken and fond on the bottom of the pan which I made a Dijon pan gray from. Loved it! The thing is, people, it's NOT a non stick pan. So, you kinda need to know how to cook, lol. Home Chef Tip - Fat means FLAVOR, but it also means your food WON'T STICK to the bottom of the pan! Like I said, wish I could upload some pictures because this set it totally worth it.5
