great for baking, and lightweightRebeccathese are great for baking. I like to measure out everything before I start a recipe. These are the right size for most ingreadients and they are lightwright so I can put them on the scale and zero it out before weighing things. they don't take up a lot of space, either.
they are also a good size for snacks or a salad for 2 people.
