The included suspension rail makes it easier to mount the cabinet on the wall. Secure the rail to the wall, then hang the cabinet on the rail and fasten.

The mirror comes with safety film on the back, which reduces the risk of injury if the glass is broken.

I love themDianeI bought two 24” wide next to each other. They are dimmable and with the lights set to a medium level, they provide a great level of light in my bathroom. I rarely leave reviews but every time I go into my bathroom, I am just so happy with them! 5
In our Main BathroomBrentI just added one of these above an IKEA vanity in our main bathroom during our remodel. I tiled the whole wall in vertical subway, using large blue and black tiles, and then place both of these over the tiles. They really look beautiful and while my plumber doesn’t like the IKEA Plumbing, she said this one was better than the other one. She did a few years ago and she ended up being happy with it. My wife and I absolutely love this cabinet. It’s huge holds everything, and is never messy. Thank you.5
Totally elevates the bathroom lookElliotI paired this with the matching cabinet and vanity and it looks amazing! Used a 3rd party dimmer driver for the LEDs so I could wire directly into a standard wall dimmer switch (search reddit for how-to). Working and looking great after a year. The lighting on a dimmer looks fantastic, it's the only light I turn one in the bathroom now. LED color is a warm natural tone, and the lower LED that shines down onto the sink is a nice touch. IKEA really nailed it with this contemporary look and lighting design.5

The mirror on the inside and lighting design are exquisite. However, it is very difficult to assemble and took MANY hours - from a very handy worker with tons of experience in all sorts of house / woodworking / electrical / building projects. The instructions are not clear. Very detailed with little guidance. Also, beware, some parts may arrive broken or missing. We opened the lighting portion to find a loose screw and a detached wire which left it completey useless; our electrician was able to make it function, but with lots of work which could have been avoided with better quality control. The average person would have needed a whole replacement for the lighting.3

Produces nice lightBenEasy to assemble, light is quite ample. The mounting process should include some type of attachment to the wall at the bottom, had to modify a bit there to make it solid and stable against the wall. Overall quite pleased w the cabinets.4
Doesn’t include required pieceChelseaSo I’m in the middle of assembling this product and it seems nice enough, however, it didn’t come with the driver which is a required piece and it was not listed in the description anywhere. And then that piece requires the remote. So it was an extra $50 which was very annoying. 4
Great product but horrible description and instructionsDavidFirst, be aware that this product requires a 110 volt connection to the top of the product. Neither the advertising or the instructions state this requirement. The lighting it produces is excellent but if you are doing wiring you probably do not need the remote switch. The product itself is typical IKEA assembly but the pictures in the assembly do not clearly show the necessary orientation for some steps.4

Stunning!AndreaDo not sleep on this mirror! Installed it in my tiny main bathroom. It was easy to put together. I added the remote light control, as I like a dim light at night after putting my son down to sleep. This mirrors and lighting combo blew everything else out of the water. I love that the light is not set into the mirror which I think looks tacky when not turned on, And the fact that there is lighting underneath the mirror, since it does sit close to my sink, it illuminates the faucet and the soap dispenser. I put this together on my own but had the contractor hang it and connect it. This is a hardwire install so you may need an electrician. Setting up the lighting control was a little complicated but I found a YouTube video. And was able to set it up in a few minutes. I wish IKEA would let you post pics. This is so much more beautiful in person! I also love that there are mirrors on the back side of the mirrors so you can see when it’s open too. Would purchase again100%5
Excellent QiTook a while to hard wire this mirror cabinet. But love it a lot! Clean design, bright lighting, full of functions, and plenty of storage. Don’t expect easy putting-together or installation though Lol.5
