Gift to my daughter in lawM.Kids break your dishes! So since my daughter in law was quite low on bowls given her kids aren't as careful as they could be, I bought her these bowls to help out. They are very nice.
great for stacking on the shelf and in the dishwasherShannonsuper space-efficient - these bowls are the perfect size and shape on the shelf and in the dishwasher! it's excellent as a bowl because it's so open, it holds enough volume with decent space from the rim; it's more roomy than you might think! a pleasure to whisk eggs in and nice and wide for various toppings. it's also great to use for things you might otherwise put in a plate but want a little more leeway. it's thin but not fragile and looks very elegant.
personal taste - i think the color is beautiful like a dreamy pastel sunset. compared to the photo, mine is a pinker and whiter lilac so it's quite versatile as a backdrop for different colored foods. the edge is also less brown and more yellow. the glaze has a nice sheen and striation. not sure how much the glaze varies for each bowl but i love how mine turned out.
Same, but not the same...DarienI bought this to replace a broken bowl. Now, I have to return it because while it looks the same, it's actually a different part number and not from the same mold. It's actually slightly smaller than the original ones I have.

Good sized bowls, not sure on longevityLindaI’ve purchased two sets of these dishes, one set a year ago and another recently. From the first set, one bowl chipped on the edge after relatively light use. It’s just two adults and we have other bowls we use.
I love these bowls for cereal, yogurt parfaits and soup. They do well in the dishwasher. I bought them again because on balance, I’m happy with them despite the chip.
