Cute kid’s utensil setDianeBought this set for my granddaughter. She’s two years old and loves it. Plays with it often with her kitchen set.5
Toy kitchen utensils, real useful qualityKERRYToys?? I use this nice little set in my kitchen frequently. Each piece is usable for bonafide kitchen tasks. The ladle is the perfect size for gravy on mashed potatoes, the turner for small cookies and turning home fried potatoes. (My husband likes each piece individually flipped, no overlapping!) I especially love the little whisk for eggs when making omelets. When that disappeared, there was no question I had to replace it ASAP.5

May be a toy, but used in kitchenAnonymousAlthough IKEA sells these in the toy department, they come in handy in the kitchen. The spatula is great for serving brownies or other treats. The ladle works as a gravy ladle. Well worth the money.5
Adorable!ScarletMy daughter loves these! She has been cooking up a storm since Christmas in her ikea kitchen. Best gift we have given her. She loves that they are just like the ones we use, only smaller. Don’t feel like toys, but like the real deal!5

What is stainless steel?

Stainless steel is found in everything from building structures and cars to sinks and knives. It’s easy to see why it has so many uses. Stainless steel is hard and durable and has good resistance to corrosion – namely rust. It generally has a low nickel content, and for IKEA products we mainly use stainless steel that’s nickel-free. Like many other metals, it can be recycled again and again to become new, hardwearing items – without losing its valuable properties.

Safer play

Children are the most important people in the world. That's why their safety is always our highest priority. By performing risk assessments and adhering to the strictest safety standards, we minimize most known risks. But we're not content stopping there. We also insist that all our toys undergo and pass tough tests. We do all this so you can trust that our play furniture is stable and our toys for babies do not contain small parts, long strings or sharp edges. That we only use safe materials goes without saying.
