Rusting after a few weeksThomasAfter only a few weeks of use, four forks and two knives now have rust spots on them. Very dissapointed1
Don't Buy Dragon FlatwareDavidWe initially bought the 60 pc Drago flatware set and we're happy enough to buy additional pieces over the next few months. After using the flatware for 6 months, we began to notice tarnishing and dark streaks on the utensils which would not come out, no matter how we cleaned them. We contacted Ikea's Customer "No" Service wanting to send photos of what was happening to our flatware in hopes that Ikea would either have a solution or exchange our flatware for new. Instead, we were told by the Customer "No" Service agent after he called our local (30+ miles away) Ikea store manager that there was nothing they could as Ikea Dragon flatware has no warranty. I'll be limiting my future Ikea shopping to a small assortment of products, of which flatware will not be included. Very disappointed with Ikea's lack of customer service and difficulty in getting to someone who cares enough to at least review the photos I wanted to send. Best lesson learned, ask if an item you at Ikea has a warranty. 1
Worth the priceRichardSturdily built, nothing fancy, but for everyday use they work just fine. Found the teaspoons to be a little on the small side, otherwise worth the price.4
