DisappointedAmberThe most recent Billy bookcase I purchased was subpar when compared to ones purchased before. They were made with thinner wood product and when attaching the back panel with the provided nails it damaged the shelving in a visible area. This was never a problem with the old product. Shame on Ikea for taking a once great product and making it flimsy and cheap. What was once a 5 star product is now a zero. I will not be purchasing these again.1
