Extremely roomy drawers that pull out far, and I love the area to hide power cords at the rear with the self closing lid. Truly great, especially at this price level. Over priced LydiaThe desk is fine for a small space and was easily put together however the price is about $100 dollars more than it should be for what you get. Most small desk are about $99 to $170 and this was well over $200. I mean at ikea you have to build them yourself so not sure why this was the price it was.
Great smaller version of the Alex DeskAmyBought this for my daughter’s college room. Minimal space to work with and wanted the same look and functionality of the ALEX desk she has at home. This did not disappoint!
Perfect teen homeschool desk JessicaI’m about to buy one more of these, they are so nice! My teen put it together with no problem at all. The drawers are roomy and the back allows the cords to be hidden with the little opening. It’s perfect size for my 5’9 14 year old and 5’8 17 yr old. It looks nice in their room too.

Impossible to put togetherValerieWeirdly was missing a pre-drilled screw hole, but we took care of that. But the issue was the flap where the cords go. Those darn clasps that are supposed to “click” on, don’t click on. I am sore from trying for an hour many different ways to get them to “click”. My husband tried and could not get them to “click”. I YouTube’d it, still nothing. Finally they clicked , but then wouldn’t stay clicked when the flap was opened. This is upsetting. Too many hours on this desk. Do NOT recommend.

I am in a condo now with smaller rooms, and this smaller Alex desk has the same simple look and features - the compartment to hide away all the cords, and 2 drawers for handy access to basic office supplies. It is a great desk.

What is particleboard?
Particleboard is made from recycled wood and sawmill leftovers – so wood pieces with the wrong shade, woodchips and sawdust become a resource instead of possibly being discarded. We use boards for things like bookcases, bed frames, sofas and kitchen frames. To protect from wear and moisture, we apply varnish, veneer or foil that adds to the furniture's look.
