Drawers Don’t closeMelanieHave had this for a few years now, I swapped my large Alex deck for this one and was happy at first. But within a year the drawers stopped working, I can close them but they simply slide back open, in my old apartment I added child locks to keep them closed because I thought it might be because of slanted floors. However the problem persists in my new apartment as well and I’ve checked the floors with a level so it’s not the floors at this point. I’m not sure how to fix the problem but it honestly shouldn’t have happened in the first place. 3
Alex DeskDebraNice desk, easy to put together. Great for a small room.5
Mind the InstructionsH. GrahamThe strikers are shown upside- down on step 15, which kept me from being able to install the hinged part. Otherwise, this is a fine desk.5
Makes a great sewing tableRuthPerfect for my small sewing room. The two drawers provide lots of handy storage for scissors, pins, etc. that I need close at hand. Cords are hidden in the back flip top compartment. I am 74 years old and was able to put it together myself.5
Great quality itemStephanieWe bought this for our teenagers room. We assembled it in 30 minutes but did set extra glue in the joints to make sure everything would stay together. Pieces fit together nicely. Drawers are ample and fit all of our kids school supplies. The extra flap for wires is very handy. Overall it’s a great desk for the price.5
This is a nice deskReginaThis desk is nice and simple. The drawers open smoothly and it was fairly simple to put together. I'm 43 yrs old and on the heavy side, but I put it together on my own. I would advise putting it together in the area you plan to use it. If your like me and don't have plenty of room to maneuver through the house after it's assembled, it can be a hassle to move it. After it's all said and done, this is a beautiful minimalistic piece. I am happy with my purchase.5
Great qualityAndreaThis desk is extremely sturdy, easy to assemble, great quality, nice finish. Extremely roomy drawers that pull out far, and I love the area to hide power cords at the rear with the self closing lid. Truly great, especially at this price level. Be very hard pushed to find anything like this elsewhere.5
Desk for TeenagerMaureenBought this for my teen. He picked it out. Perfect size for him to sit down and have his own space to study. Great find!5
Perfect!GailLove this desk. Small profile fits perfectly in my very small office; but has more than adequate desktop space. Love the cord compartment, too.5
Over priced LydiaThe desk is fine for a small space and was easily put together however the price is about $100 dollars more than it should be for what you get. Most small desk are about $99 to $170 and this was well over $200. I mean at ikea you have to build them yourself so not sure why this was the price it was. 4
Great smaller version of the Alex DeskAmyBought this for my daughter’s college room. Minimal space to work with and wanted the same look and functionality of the ALEX desk she has at home. This did not disappoint!5
Perfect teen homeschool desk JessicaI’m about to buy one more of these, they are so nice! My teen put it together with no problem at all. The drawers are roomy and the back allows the cords to be hidden with the little opening. It’s perfect size for my 5’9 14 year old and 5’8 17 yr old. It looks nice in their room too. 5
Drawers don't open very farMichaelEnded up returning this because the drawers don't open very far, less than halfway. 2
Computer desk for tight spaceDavidGreat price, perfect for where we needed it; bought the ELLOVEN along with it; used TASKRABBIT to put the desk together; great service !!5
Great for my teenagerAngelaWorks well in my daughter’s room, kinda pricey for IKEA, but everything seems to cost more lately4
I like it I would recommend it to someone. BarbaraI like the style, the build, the material, overall worth my and can’t complain.5

Awesome little deskKimSimple, easy to put together, looks great. What more can you ask for?5
Impossible to put togetherValerieWeirdly was missing a pre-drilled screw hole, but we took care of that. But the issue was the flap where the cords go. Those darn clasps that are supposed to “click” on, don’t click on. I am sore from trying for an hour many different ways to get them to “click”. My husband tried and could not get them to “click”. I YouTube’d it, still nothing. Finally they clicked , but then wouldn’t stay clicked when the flap was opened. This is upsetting. Too many hours on this desk. Do NOT recommend.1
Alex DeskDianeWe bought this desk to fit a small room in my Mother-in-law's apartment. It does the job needed. It was not hard to assemble.5
