Does not come with ties or Snapes to keep the comforter in placeClintI washed the cover before we put it on and I use hot water for washing and hot water for rinsing and maybe I was a mistake because the Cover seem to be slightly smaller than the comforter even though they are supposedly the same measurements. But there were no washing instructions included with the cover or sewn into it. It worked out pretty well anyway the cover does not open completely. It leaves about 18 inches on either side of the opening closed and there are no ties or Snaps inside the duvet cover to attach the comforter to it so we had to use safety pins to keep it from just bagging up at one end. we asked Claude for the best method to get the comforter inside the cover and it suggested the burrito method which worked out really well2

Not "white" and not as soft, but also not as rough.OlaideI ordered it and liked it, hoping it wouldn't disappoint. It's one of their ver wrinkly duvet covers that's also not "white" but cream. The material isn't soft, but it's not as rough, but definitely shouldn't be rough at all. It's cheap, but could they please do better?...thanks.1

Not StainedDestineeI said in my previous review that there was a stain… it’s not. I washed and dried it and it still looked like a stain but when I put the duvet cover over the insert it turned out to be a piece of red string that was between the sheet and shadowing through which looked like a stain. I was able to remove it. 5

Material changed over years, now scratchierColletteI bought this exact duvet for a Queen sized bed around 2022 and it's soft and cozy, so I bought the same when I got a King bed. The material is totally different. Noticeably scratchier and more linen-y feeling than the prior version. Bummer :(4

ComfyTaylorThis duvet is comfy and semi-soft. Depending on what comforter you use, it feels like a cloud on your body. The color is beautiful as well, looks just like the picture. Easy to put the comforter in and has buttons that snap only on one side so no zipper. Very happy with my purchase!5
