A home office that works for everyone
Our designers chose two side-by-side standing desks so Talia and Mike can easily collaborate – and the desks feature built-in cord management to keep cables hidden and the workspace clutter-free.
A combination of open and closed storage now allows them to showcase their books and collectibles while keeping other office supplies hidden, but easily accessible.
The printer and video game gear are neatly stored in a closed cabinet beneath a wall-mounted television so they can game whenever the mood strikes.
A fun gallery wall with honeymoon photos and more favorite art pieces makes the perfect background for virtual work meetings.
Totally paw-some – and stylish, too!
OK, so what about the cats? The trick to keeping their paws off the desk was to add sheepskin rugs by the window and a rattan bench for soaking up the sun. Plants bring in fresh, natural vibes. And a purifier helps keep the air fresh and clean.
“We love that the bold wall color is so different from the rest of our home,” says Talia about the designers’ wow-factor color drenching strategy. “And we love that our cats are thoughtfully incorporated!”
“Now, we get so excited to work in the office. It’s such a cool, unique space,” she says. Purr-fect!
