How to connect with all your senses

A hot bath helps calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and improve your mood. The heat increases your blood flow, which helps sore muscles to loosen up and relax. It’s also great for your skin and your immune system.

  • Fill the bathtub with hot water and add salts or oils.
  • Put a cutting board over the tub to set the scene. Place a few scented candles on the board for mood lighting and a calming scent.
  • Pour yourself a hot, delicious-smelling cup of tea. For full aromatic power, use an IDEALISK tea infuser with loose-leaf tea.
  • Immerse yourself in the hot water for a full-body experience.
  • Take in the atmosphere with all your senses. Relax your muscles and your mind.
