How can I check Spare parts status?

Small spare parts take 7-10 business days for delivery, while larger parts can take up to 3 weeks. Check the tracking link in your confirmation email for order status. If you haven't received your parts, contact us with your order or case number to investigate.

Small spare parts, like screws and hardware, can take up to 7-10 business days to be delivered. Larger spare parts like a table leg, can take up to 3 weeks. If you've received a confirmation email, there may be a tracking link which will take you to the order status page.
 
Still haven't received your highly anticipated spare parts? Contact us with your order number or case number to investigate the status of your request.
