Why are some items missing from the product catalog in IKEA Kreativ?
We haven't yet created 3D models of all products, but we're continually expanding our catalog of available products.
If you’re using IKEA Kreativ and can’t find a specific product, it’s likely because a 3D model for that item hasn’t been created yet. IKEA Kreativ relies on 3D models to place products accurately in your space, and while the catalog continues to grow, not every product is available at this time. We’re continuously adding new items to expand and improve the experience.
Types of furniture and décor that may not currently appear in the catalog include:
- Ceiling-mounted items, such as pendant lights, flush-mount fixtures, ceiling fans, hanging plant holders, and curtain rods or tracks
- Textiles, including drapery, duvets, comforters, sheets, blankets, pillows, cushions, and tablecloths
- Real plants
Please note that if a product isn’t available in the IKEA Kreativ catalog, it can’t be added to your room design—even if it appears on your favorites list.
