I have an IKEA.com account registered in a different country. Why can't I use this log-in information for the IKEA USA website?
An email address can only be registered to one IKEA.com account at a time.
Since IKEA.com accounts are unique to the country that they're registered in, email addresses aren't able to be used across multiple country websites. We recommend deleting the account registered in a different country and creating a new account on IKEA-USA.com once deleted. Alternatively, you may create an IKEA-USA.com account with a different email address.
